I went to the michigan lotteries website to see the top remaining prizes for instant games. Some of them don’t have any million dollar prizes left, so I’m wondering…When do they restart the game so there are top prizes?

scratch tickets is a waste. they may run out of prizes by the time you buy the ticket. Lottery is best.
There is no hard and fast rules for scratch offs, they can restart the game or abandon it. Sales are not halted because the top prizes have been won if enough lower prizes remain available. In general the game will remain in play until the profit budget expected from the game has been reached.
