   You Have to be 18, but if your under age, have someone else buy it for you. Also, have them cash it in for you, but be with them so they dont’ take your money… 🙂

   I won 4 times! at this place in the many years I’ve lived here, with the scratchers. I bet the local E A Grocery can tell you the legal age, I thought it was 18?. Or at least have someone who’s of age get a ticket. If they win, cut a deal with them and take half.
