I know a man who won twenty million.

His name is Mike McCraw. He is from Granbury, Texas and he won it back in the 90’s sometime.

As for the lottery being a scam. Well, it is but not in the way you think it is. You CAN win big money but odds are you will not. If everyone instead took their lottery money and put it into an investment then after 10 years the investment will have made them way more money than the lottery would have. Even if the investment loses 90% of its value, you would still have more money in the end than if you had put it in the lottery.

BTW: It isn’t considered polite to ask that here.

  1. lottery is not a scam because the winnings are from the state ~that you live in~ and it can not be a scam..
also i have won $ 1,330 with the lottery

  2. The lottery is absolutely NOT a scam.

It doesn’t have to be. It is already the WORST bet that you could ever make.

The lottery takes 50% right off the top! That means for every $ 100,000 they collect from ticket sales, they only pay back $ 50,000 to winning tickets! The worst bet in a casino is about a 10 to 15% advantage for the house. Lottery = 50%!!!

I have won more than $ 1,000 before, but I’ve wasted thousands and thousands of dollars in my life on the lottery.

It truly is the worst bet you could ever make. But no, it’s not a scam.

  3. an easy way to able to win the lottery like powerball, lottery,
